1. Acceptable use
Use Raipur Directory lawfully and only for genuine discovery, communication, listing management or authorized administrative work. Do not impersonate another person, submit misleading information, scrape or overload the service, probe security controls, or use the platform to harass, defraud or harm others.
2. Listings, media and permissions
You must have the right to submit business details, contact information, logos and photographs. Submissions may be checked, edited, held for moderation, rejected, unpublished or removed when they are inaccurate, duplicative, unauthorized, unlawful or inconsistent with directory governance.
A submitted listing is not automatically published. Commercial requests and payments do not by themselves activate a paid benefit; activation remains subject to the configured approval and verification workflow.
3. Accounts and security
Keep account credentials confidential and provide truthful registration information. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and should promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Administrator tools are restricted by server-side permissions and are not made available merely by hiding a button.
4. Intellectual property and availability
Raipur Directory software, branding and original presentation remain protected by applicable rights. You may not copy or republish them without permission. The service may be updated, limited or temporarily unavailable for maintenance, safety, moderation or operational reasons.
5. Important legal review
These terms are a platform-ready operational draft. The operator should confirm the legal entity, governing law, dispute process, contact address, consumer notices, payment terms and any sector-specific obligations with qualified counsel before production launch.
